About Shane

I have been working as a certified  Running Coach since 2018, and have coached athletes and weekend warriors alike. As an endurance runner who enjoys training for races that are 50k and above, I have a passion for getting people moving! I'm an experienced trail runner with several ultramarathons under my belt.

If you want to train for a race or just have a goal of tackling a time or distance I can help you reach your goals. Believe, achieve and succeed! I look forward to hearing from you.

    Your training plan will be created and shared through Bird.Coach, an easy to use app to train together.

  • Personalized race plan

    No matter the race, it will be unique and challenging. I will develop a strategy based on your training and goals to give you your best finish.

  • Race fueling tips

    I will work with you to develop a fueling plan based on what works best for you

  • Gear recommendations

    Questions about shoes, clothing, packs, etc.? I will share my experience with various products and give you answers.

  • Strength and mobility guidance

    I will share various workouts to help you build a solid foundation

  • Weekly Zoom/ Facetime session
