In this 8 week program, we will be using run/walk intervals that slowly increase every week towards more continuous running. You'll also learn what different effort levels feel like, and incorporate a solid warm up and cool down routine to prevent injury and build mileage and endurance safely.
At the end of the program you'll have a consistent 3 day a week running habit, and be ready to set your next running goal.
An 8 week training program for runners and run/walkers at all levels, including 3 run/walk workouts and one day of cross training per week. Every running workout has options for run/walk intervals starting at 15 seconds of jogging with 30 seconds of walking, and can be modified for your ability level. 🏃🏾♀️

All runners-to-be are welcome! You should be comfortable walking a mile and exercising for 20-30 minutes three days a week when you start the program. Our run/walk intervals will start very slowly and are totally up to your fitness and comfort level.
