Join fellow runners to stay motivated during this busy time of year. Our club isn’t competitive, it’s all about making time for yourself and enjoying some holiday fun! We'll be talking cookie recipes, sharing playlists... oh, and running to have fun and feel good.
The Holiday Run Club is led by RRCA-certified running coach Layne Turley, who is there to support and cheer you on throughout the plan. This club is great for runners and run/walkers at all levels, with beginner, intermediate and advanced options in each running workout.
Holiday Run Club includes:
A free 4 week training program of 3 runs a week and 2 light strength workouts, plus weekly self care.
A group chat with other holiday run club members for high fives and Netflix holiday specials recommendations. ☃️
Who should join?
Beginner and intermediate runners and run/walkers who are looking to stay active during the holidays. We're not training for a race or trying to break any records here!
