The Rhode Races Half Marathon team includes:
A 14 week training program of 4-6 workouts per week, including easy runs, speed work, long runs, and cross training.

Who is this plan for?
Beginner and intermediate runners who are looking to increase their endurance. You should be able to run or run/walk 5 miles comfortably (even if it's slow!) at the start of the plan. We will be increasing mileage slowly to build volume while avoiding injury.
