We’re your virtual running buddies - a group of everyday runners like you looking for motivation and accountability on our running journeys.
We welcome runners and runners-to-be of all shapes, sizes, and colors to the Club! Whether you're just starting out or getting back into running, these four weeks are all about making time for yourself and building a running habit you can keep up all year long.
A 4 week training program for runners and run/walkers at all levels, including 3 runs and 2 strength workouts per week. Every running workout has beginner, intermediate, and advanced options and can be modified for your needs! 🏃🏾♀️
Weekly reflections on your goals and a group chat with other Club members to share and motivate each other. 😘
Daily text support from your certified coach Layne Pace and 2 live coaching calls per month to answer all your questions. 🙋🏼♀️
