There are so many variables in ultramarathon training, working one on one with a coach and developing a custom plan for your needs increases your chances of success.

Work with Coach Shane to develop a custom 12 week training plan based on your current fitness, the specific demands of your goal race, and skill gaps or injury history that need to be incorporated into your training.

Custom Ultra Coaching includes:

  • An initial phone call with Shane to discuss your running history, current fitness, and race

  • A custom 12 week training program in the Bird app

  • Unlimited communication with Shane and as many modifications to your plan as you need during training.

Who should join:

Ultramarathoners training for races above 50k, and any trail runners who have a history of injuries, need guidance ramping up mileage or trail skills, or who want more support and flexibility during training.
